Delivery Help

When will my order be delivered?

  • Major areas: Delivery to major centres can expect a delivery time of 2-3 business days.
  • Rural areas: Delivery to rural centres can expect a delivery time of 4-6 business days.
  • Out of stock items: Enquire directly and we will notify you when stock will be available.

Delivery Notes

Please note that we might experience delays in order processing during festive or holiday seasons due to high demand. Delivery may take an extra 2-3 business days.

We carry a wide range of products and we attempt to complete and ship orders as soon as possible and under normal circumstances, the order to dispatch time is 1-2 working days if stock is available.

If stock is not available and needs to be specially manufactured for you kindly allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Delivery outside of major urban areas can take 5-10 working days.

Kindly note: We do not deliver outside of South Africa.

Free Delivery

Orders over R800 qualify for free delivery. Products that qualify are marked with a “Free Delivery” tag and will automatically receive free delivery during checkout.

Returns and Warranty

1. General Returns

Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your order if:

  • The Item/s are damaged
  • The wrong Item/s have been received
  • Unwanted Item/s

Please Note: No soiled items will be accepted as returns. You must return the item in the condition that it was received in.

Coffy will accept returns at our own costs provided that:

  • The Item/s have not been used
  • The Item/s are in their original packaging/sealed with all extras present
  • The Item/s are damaged or the wrong Item/s have been received (See section .2)

Coffy will not be liable for return shipping costs if:

  • The Item/s are being returned as an unwanted item

If any of the above conditions are not met you will be responsible for shipping costs

2. Item/s that were displayed/described incorrectly or delivered in error

Item/s must be returned within 5 days for a full refund or exchange. Coffy will be liable for the shipping fees if the following conditions are met.

  • The Item/s has not been worn/used
  • The Item/s are in their original packaging with all extras present.
  • The Item/s are not damaged/soiled

This process may take up to 10 working days. Should you be eligible for a refund, you will receive payment within 7 working days.

3. Items damaged in transit

Item/s deemed as damaged during transit must be reported and returned within 3 days of receiving your order.

Any Item/s that are damaged during transit will be returned at no cost to the customer and will be replaced. A refund may only be actioned should there be no stock to replace the damaged item.

Kindly note: Should the damaged Item/s need to be replaced, it will be replaced for the same item ordered. Should there be no stock available, you will be offered a refund or store credit.

This process may take up to 8 working days. Should you be eligible for a refund, you will receive payment within 10 working days.

4. Returns Information

Once a return has been logged you will be notified of the shipping details thereafter. All items being returned must be inspected by Coffy before an exchange or refund can be made.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any point during the checkout process before making payment. Once a payment has been made and your order has been marked as “Processing” you will have to wait to receive your parcel and then log a return. Please see 1. General Returns
