1. General Returns
Products must be returned within 5 days of receiving your order if:
- The Product/s are damaged/non-functional
- The wrong Product/s have been received
- Unwanted Product/s
Coffy will accept returns at our own costs provided that:
- The Product/s have not been used
- The Product/s are in their original packaging with all extras present
- The Product/s are damaged or the wrong Product/s have been received (See section .2)
Coffy will not be liable for return shipping costs if:
- The Product/s are being returned as an unwanted item
If any of the above conditions are not met you will be responsible for shipping costs
2. Products that were displayed/described incorrectly or delivered in error
Product/s must be returned within 5 days for a full refund or exchange. Coffy will accept returns at our own costs provided that:
- The Product/s have not been used
- The Product/s are in their original packaging with all extras present
- The Product/s are damaged or the wrong Product/s have been received
This process may take up to 8 working days. Should you be eligible for a refund, you will receive payment within 5-7 working days.
3. Items damaged in transit
Product/s deemed as damaged during transit must be reported and returned within 5 days of receiving your order.
Any Product/s that are damaged during transit will be returned at no cost to the customer and will be replaced. A refund may only be actioned should there be no stock to replace the damaged item.
Kindly note:
Should the damaged Product/s need to be replaced, it will be replaced for the same item ordered. Should there be no stock available, you will be offered a refund or store credit.

4. Refunds
Once a return has been logged you will be notified of the shipping details thereafter. All items being returned must be inspected by Coffy before an exchange or refund can be made.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any point during the checkout process before making payment. Once a payment has been made and your order has been marked as “Processing” you will have to wait to receive your parcel and then log a return. Please see 1. General Returns
